Our programs highlight the sights and traditions of Europe and introduce travellers, through activity and hands-on experience, to what defines a particular destination from an historical, artisanal, cultural and gastronomic perspective.

The destinations we run programs within are chosen based on several factors, including landscape, history, cultural traditions and gastronomy. We explore each area, in-depth and from several angles, to figure out what makes it tick. We are interested in the history of each destination, both social and political. We want to know about the traditions that have shaped the destination. We want to understand the culture, art and artisanal activities that have helped colour the destination. Being active – cycling, walking, sailing, etc. - while visiting a destination allows us to get a clear sense of the landscape and gives us another piece of the puzzle. Food and wine are important characteristics of European life. Exploring the gastronomic traditions of a destination is both fun and educational. Each facet contributes to give an overall understanding and appreciation of the destination being visited.
