Ristorante Arnolfo was started 25 years ago by a Sicilian couple who moved to Tuscany in the 1960s.
Their son Gaetano is one of the very best chefs in Italy and all of Europe. Unassuming but with immense talent,
Gaetano has turned the restaurant into a destination for those to whom food is important. Once the youngest chef
in Italy to have been awarded a Michelin star, Gaetano now holds two stars and would surely have a third if he
wanted to relocate to a larger venue.
