Masseria Il Frantoio was once the property of the noble Tanzarella family, and is the nucleus of a property of 170 acres that produces extra virgin olive oil of 3 different types: "Collina di Brindisi - Hill of Brindisi" “Olivarola Salentina” and “Leccina”. The oldest part of the building dates to the 17th C. Some parts of the farmland are exclusively dedicated to the organic cultivation of noble secular olive trees typical of the countryside around the nearest town, Ostuni.
