Today we ride south from Beaune through the Côte de Beaune region and the villages of Pommard, Volnay, Monthelie, Meursault and Puligny-Montrachet.

Along the way there are tasting possibilities at nearly every turn. We will taste in either Meursault or Puligny-Montrachet before lunch. Here in the Côte de Beaune the Chardonnay grape is in a league of its own.

Lunch today either in St-Romain or Puligny Montrachet.

After lunch there are two routes to choose from depending on how many kilometres you’re keen on logging.

After a Kir royale at Le Cep we walk to dinner this evening at Ma Cuisine, a local hotspot that has the deepest wine list in town.
