Cooking with Rosalba and the kitchen team at Il Frantoio. From gathering the ingredients in the farm’s own garden to preparing local Puglese specialties to feasting on the results of our efforts, this hands-on experience is sure to be a highlight of the journey.

Afternoon options: 1 - Afternoon tour of the Il Frantoio farm. Join Armando for an eclectic tour of the farm in his 1940s FIAT. 2 - Relax at Il Frantoio. 3 - Golf – 25 minute transfer
The 'San Domenico Golf Club' is an excellent 18 hole course offering superb views of the Adriatic Sea from every tee, green and fairway which provides a challenging game. Designed by Andrew Haggar from European Golf Design it measures 6220 metres and has a par of 72.

This evening we transfer to the seaside and La Torre for a light local dinner.
