Day 3
Villa Nozzole
Today's itinerary
Buffet breakfast at the Villa.
This morning we depart by bike or scooter, or transfer by minibus to walk to the village of Passo de Pecorai and Villa Nozzole. (50 kms by bike eacy way - 30 kms with shuttle, 6.5 kms hike).
On arrival at the Villa Nozzole we will have a cooking demonstration and wine tasting in the kitchen of Giovanna Folonari.
Tasting lunch to follow in the elegant dining room or outside on the terrasse, weather permitting.
Cycle, scooter or minibus back to the Villa for some time to relax.
Aperitivo and dinner at the Villa.
Overnight at Villa Collalto.

Until recently, the Folonari and Ruffino families were partners in winemaking. A few years ago they divided their assets and the Folonari have focused on producing top class wines.
Giovanna Folonari is our incredibly elegant and dynamic hostess. She was the pioneer of the “cooking class” concept over 20 years ago and here we can see why. Her instinctive flare with ingredients and flavours and her captivating charisma make this culinary experience like no other. While sampling the white wines of her son Gianni, winemaker for all the top Folonari wines, we prepare lunch with Giovanna.
